To provide you with dual platform video, all of our videos are encoded using industry standard H.264/MPEG-4 AVC in mp4 file formats and are best viewed using QuickTime or VLC Media Player.
Other free media players can decode H.264 MOV files but QuickTime or VLC Media Player is highly recommended. If you should use QuickTime or VLC Media Player, you’ll need QuickTime version 7.1 or newer installed or VLC Media Player version 2.2.6 to view the video clips. You do NOT need to purchase QuickTime or VLC Media Player! Both media players are available as FREE downloads. Please be aware that there are certain minimum requirements to use QuickTime 7.1 or VLC Media Player 2.2.6 or newer.

More often than not, its the browser you’re using which either prevents you from seeing the video or makes viewing the videos problematic. Firefox is highly recommended while visiting this web site. Also, Opera, Safari, or Chrome work really well for viewing H.264 video. All four of these browsers work on both PC and Mac. Windows Internet Explorer (IE) and AOL browsers are not recommended although IE9 has improved.
If you’re running a Windows operating system and you’re having trouble viewing the videos it may be as simple as visiting Microsoft Windows Update to make sure your operating system is properly updated. If you’re still running Windows XP, it needs to be updated with Service Pack 2 or later.
If you want to use Quicktime or VLC Media Player, you’ll need the LATEST Version of the free players installed on your hard drive.
Be sure that your selected player is set as the default player for all video and streaming video (you may have another media player which is currently set a the default) You can make these adjustments by opening up your favourite media player and checking all the boxes for making it the default player
Finally, you may want to clear your browser’s cache and/or re-boot your computer.
